As the Project Coordination Application and Research Center, we believe that every succes has been achieved with a devoted and disciplined working style and each result has a key role in order to determine new goals.
To ensure that the project call announcements are continuously monitored and announced to all personnel immediately and on time,
To complete the provision of corporate information for application documents and to share them with administrative units.
To ensure job tracking by submitting application forms and documents for signature immediately.
To carry out he communication, correspondence and budget follow-up process of the projects for which grant support is received.
To be in communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders regarding the process of preparing and managing projects.
To take a proactive stance in order to obtain support from all stakeholder institutions regarding the project processes, to share the feedback received as a result of the evaluations with the relevant staff.
To accomplish the information flow for both inside and outside the unit in a timely and fastest way by organizing information meetings.
